Crimovies is published by 3LM conseils en ingénierie. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Premium subscription.

Time Limit

If Crimovies Premium is not right for you, you can request a full refund of your order within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason.

How to Request a Refund

Payments and refunds are handled by our official reseller (Merchant of Record) Paddle. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and find your order using the email address used at purchase; or
• write to us at contact@crimovies.com: we will forward your request to Paddle.

The refund is issued to your original payment method; the time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank.

Cancellation

The subscription has no commitment and can be canceled at any time from the Premium page. Canceling stops future renewals: you keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid for.

After 30 Days

After this period, requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's refund policy, without prejudice to your legal rights as a consumer.
